LINUX · KDE · OPEN SOURCE
My path into open source wasn't a straight line. I went from secretary to systems administration, discovered Linux, and found my way into the communities and engineering behind the desktops I loved. Along the way, I've helped build KDE's CI infrastructure, package software for Kubuntu and Debian, been part of the original KDE neon team, and helped bring KDE applications to the world of Snaps. These days, I'm focused on KDE, Kubuntu, and Snapcraft — including the work bringing KDE applications and runtimes forward to Core26.
There's a lot of story behind that path, from the early days of Linux to the open-source projects and people who shaped my career. Read about my journey, explore the projects I've worked on, or follow along with what I'm working on now. By day, I work in property appraisal in St. Johns, Arizona. Away from the keyboard, I enjoy gardening and spending time with my pets on my off-grid homestead in Apache County.
